Principles of Ignatsi OÜ personal data processing

This notice was drawn up for the purpose of protecting the personal data of past, present and future customers of Ignatsi OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Ignatsi). Based on this, we set out the principles concerning the collection, use, storage, transmission and publication of the customers’ personal data, which are in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the legislation of the European Union.

Collection and use of personal data

We treat as personal information the data provided voluntarily to Ignatsi by the customer, which has been confirmed with written consent. Personal information may include the name, telephone number, e-mail, address and other information. We collect data in the following ways: you provide us with your personal data on your own volition by contacting us by phone, e-mail or on our website, via social media channels, meeting us in our office or construction site, entering into a booking agreement, meeting us on our customer day or other public events organized by Ignatsi or sending data via other web channels.

We only use personal data to send our customers the best offers and other information related to the activities of Ignatsi’s development projects.

We will only disclose personal information to third parties if there is a legal obligation to do so, if it is permitted by law or if we have your prior consent.

A customer has the right to opt out of the processing of his or her personal data by sending an email at kaupmehe@ceteles.ee or kairi.noormand@ceteles.ee.
